Refund Policy

Returns - To request a return, please email us- support@arteeandme.com

We allow returns within 7 business days of purchase for the following reasons:

-misprinted, damaged, or defective items

-wrong item received

All errors on our part will be covered at our expense.

 

We do not accept returns for the following situations:

-Item has been worn and/or washed

-After 7 business days of receiving your item in the mail

-Items smells of smoke and/or is in any other condition that suggests the item has been worn.

You are responsible for all shipping costs back to our location for all returns, and in the following situations:

Wrong Address - If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our warehouse. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.

Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our warehouse and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself.

 

Exchanges:

We will gladly exchange for a different size, however, we cannot guarantee that your item will still be available at the time you would like to exchange it. Email us at support@arteeandme.com and we can check if your item is still in stock. Please refer to all size guidelines and ask all questions prior to ordering to ensure you are ordering the correct size.
